Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available all over Egypt.
Shipping rates depend on the city and region within Egypt and order package weight.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification through email with your order tracking number.
You should expect a call from courier within 2-5 days after placing your order. Courier will attempt a maximum of 3 delivery attempts, after which the shipment will be automatically returned to the seller.
For wood , bamboo and kilim products delivery is processed in 3 to 4 weeks.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can arrange for replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll refund you the paid amount in the same payment method used or we will exchange with a new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items or items that are processed by order (wood , kilim & bamboo). In such cases, deposit can not be refunded to customer.
Only in case of production defaults, return or exchange is accepted.
Once the exchange request is accepted, we will be placing another order manually on your behalf and charge you the difference in price & the delivery fess ( if applicable).
